prePoemSession

protected void prePoemSession(Melati melati)
                       throws Exception

Set the ServletTemplateEngine and ServletTemplateContext in our Melati. This allows us to parse any uploaded files before we enter our PoemSession (so we don't hang on to transactions unnecessarily).
